Provide Accounts payable and accounts Receivable support to Accounting Department
Provide administrative support to the corporate office in everyday responsibilities associated with management
Maintain a courteous and professional approach to communications in keeping with our company image
Primary Responsibilities
Provide administrative services in support to the office, including but no limited to:
General Filing
Scan invoices; upload, create, submit into AP Processing Software
Match and mail checks
Prepare monthly credit card bill for entry and matching of receipts
Monitor and collect from Tour Operators
Communicate effectively with various department and coworkers at the corporate an field office
Accounts Receivable Responsibilities include:
Perform accurate daily/weekly invoicing to bill Clients/Tour Operators
Perform a variety of duties associated with AR to include data entry, reconciliations, credit and collection as needed
Accounts Payable Clerk Responsibilities include:
Perform a variety of duties associated with AP to include matching invoices with purchase orders, data entry, reconciliations, and process expense reports
