The Nursing Supervisor is responsible for the cost effective implementation of total patient care for all units, for the direct supervision and evaluation of nursing staff to meet patient needs and for the availability coordination of support services and resources to facilitate total care.

• Knowledgeable of legal and ethical issues in nursing practice

   

   

• Capable of caring for patients from all age groups

   

Experience:

 

• Minimum of five years nursing experience required

   

   

• Minimum of two years management experience preferred

   

   

• Educated in growth and development from pediatrics to geriatrics required
