• Assist with electrical, mechanical, plumbing and any other maintenance request.　

 

• Maintenance of Rooms and Public Areas

 

 

• Maintenance of A/C - HVAC and Chiller Operations, Boilers and Plant Room Operations

 

 

• Assist with the preventative and Corrective maintenance of Kitchen, Laundry and major equipment

 

The ideal candidate must possess the following:

A　minimum of 3 years experience at managerial level in a similar capacity

BSc in Mechanical Engineering　or equivalent

Ability to troubleshoot electrical and other technical problems
