Oversees and coordinates day-to-day activities of distribution fleet-related operations dispatched from proprietary terminal, JV/JO terminals and third party terminals.

Key Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for efficiency and safety of distribution activities, including planning, supervising and controlling transportation of products to customers, third party entities and terminals transfers
• Ensures OE/HES standards are met by all supervised personnel and contractors, including oversight of fleet hauling conditions and contractor safety performance.
• Ensures compliance with local laws, corporate safety and environmental standards as well as the efficiency of the order entry, dispatch and billing process
• Provide timely reporting of performance metrics, cost and performance control for all fleet-related distribution operations from terminal dispatching deliveries and secondary transportation. 

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical engineer or similar degree
• Experience in Oil Industry, Fleet Operations and some background in Safety would be preferred
