Hotel seeks to employ an experienced and motivated person to operate and coordinate the full responsibilities of its HR Department. Individuals must be able to formulate and recommend HR policies and objectives for the entire company. Must be able to direct a process of organizational planning that evaluates structure, job design, job evaluation and manpower forecasting throughout the company.
Job Requirements:
The successful candidate should possess the following:
A minimum of a Bachelors Degree in Human Resource Management.
Have five years or more experience in a dynamic and progressive HR environment
Broad knowledge of the employment laws
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Excellent people management, listening and communication skills, good negotiation, conflict resolution and computer skills.
Ability to build rapport with members of senior management team
