A vacancy exists for the position of a Maintenance Manager.

The interested candidate must have at least three to five years supervisory experience, preferably in a facility maintenance position.

The successful candidatewill be required to assist with building maintenance operation; initiate and carry out projects that improve efficiency and reduce operating costs.The candidate must be able to monitor the use and inventory of all spare parts, machinery and equipment, initiate the maintenance and reordering of supplies when necessary and have some knowledge of preventive maintenance, project managemant, housekeeping and construction.

The interested candidate must possess the ability to supervise and direct personnel while enforcing health and safety policies and procedures, be open to new ideas and adaptable to changing technology.

The candidate must be disciplined, organized and love working with people.
